We were double charged for our stay and the staff was incredibly not helpful in resolving this. The location was great but due to the experience with the staff and being double charged for our stay ( over $4,000) — I wouldn’t recommend.

We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!
