Surprisingly large spot with a ton of room for family of 4 to spread out, loads of personal touches and homemade treats, and of course an awesome game room. Super convivial and flexible hostess went over and above to treat my family like her extended family and topped it all off with a banging parfait at breakfast. If you are on the fence about staying at this spot - just book it."

"My wife and I went to Carlisle PA for the weekend antiquing. We stayed at Phrasant Field B&B. The house a d grounds are beautifully maintained. The room we stayed in was welcoming and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub, something I look for in a room. Breakfast in the morning was a broccolli and cheddar quiche that was excellent. The service was top notch. The family run B&B is a definite place to stay and relax and we will be going back!!"
