No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.



🚗 PARKING:

We have free private parking on the driveway with space for unto 4 cars with further free parking on the street



⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Electric Vehicle Charging

The use of the property's electricity supply to charge electric vehicles is strictly prohibited, as EV charging is not an amenity provided at this property.



Any unauthorised use of the electricity supply for EV charging may result in additional charges on top of your reservation.
