At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"Stayed here as a stop over between Vienna and Croatia, would recommend. Very cute, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great food and good bar. Big breakfast spread in the morning for no extra cost. Great location in the middle of town, everything walkable or bikeable. Only downside for us was no A/C in the room, but it was cool at night so we were able to leave the window open. "
