"The property was perfect for our occasion which was to host our Pink Pamper Party; an annual event where we pamper women that have been diagnosed with breast cancer. We did not use the pool, but it did make a good picturesque background. The house was very clean and the host and I communicated often. They were very clear on their rules and expectations. I will be renting this property again."

"The air conditioning went out on the big house so it was hot. The trash cans were full when we got there so we had to put trash on the side of the cans which caused maggots to form. The refrigerator door handle was also broken. Both sinks in the little house were leaking."
