They accommodated our late check-in with detailed photos and instructions and we felt like we had what we needed for a good nights rest. Only thing missing was a fan or some way to move the warm air through the room. Thank you for the cozy room! :)

Amazing!
Our stay at herisua was amazing. Super friendly and great customer service. Fantastic location and close to shops, buses and trains. I could not fault any of it. Thank you

Nice rooms bad food
The rooms are nice and modern and very clean and comfortable. The staff in friendly and very helpful. But I was not happy that the restaurant was closed because they used to serve very good food, but the food they have now is not nice and the fact that you have to eat in your room sucks. There is no reason why they could not have the terrasse open so we can eat outside. I hope they change this before our next visit.

Nice stay
We had a very nice stay. The check-in was a little confusing, as we arrived after the front desk had closed, but the restaurant staff was very friendly and helped us find our room. The room was very big, and very comfortable. It was nice having. Kitchenette in the room, as we had two small children. The bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant served a nice Swiss breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Herisau.

Bisher hatten wir immer sehr gute Rückmeldungen auf unseren Kaffee.Der Preis für Hunde ist im üblichen Rahmen, aber je nach Grösse des Hundes, macht er mehr oder weniger Dreck und ist das Verständnis für diesen Preis entsprechend vorhanden oder auch nicht. Neu bieten wir für den Preis nicht nur die normale Zimmerreinigung, sondern auch ein Hundebett, Napf und Leckerli an. Schade, dass Ihnen unser Angebot nicht zugesagt hat.
