Our new 3-room holiday apartment (62 square metres) on the ground floor of the Dünenresidenz welcomes you with bright colours and tasteful decorations. High-quality built-in furniture made of oak [&] acacia and a well-designed floor plan create a lovely holiday destination for 4 people and a toddler up to 3 years old (with an extra bed in a travel cot). As soon as you enter, you’ll find the bright living area, furnished with a modern seating group and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent, open kitchen with dining area blends in harmoniously and is, of course, fully equipped. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer an ideal retreat. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with under-bed storage (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, a small shower room, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV; adjacent to it is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Small but nice, the apartment’s own sauna offers a relaxing change of pace—not just during the cold season. You can enjoy the Usedom sun and the sound of the sea right from breakfast on the east-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. It’s a wonderful spot to relax while taking in a bit of the ocean view. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space is available in the underground garage (max. clearance height 1.85 m). Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
