I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. I find the hostel is profit minded and doesn't have the best interest of guests in mind.

The Iris restaurant has a great view of the lagoon, great for sundowners. There is a lot of traffic noise, as the BnB is situated on the main road.
