"We pulled up to a restaurant inn with not a soul in sight. The restaurant was closed with a for sale Realastate sign outside. There place had broken windows and a side back door to access . We walked in to find a dark room with an old piano . We went upstairs to see the room and the only thing in the rooms posted was the white sheets and blankets . There was a small area with a microwave outside our door . The pictures had an outside sitting for guests that was not the case . We left and ended...

Top Hensonville Hotel Reviews

Emerson Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely setting, room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed both meals."

Wylder Hotel Windham

10/10 Excellent

"This was the perfect end to my trip. I was traveling for work and mentioned to the staff that I really needed quiet to rest up to continue on my journey. They gave me the perfect room, quiet, and I slept like a baby! They went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so very much. Was bummed I didn’t have time to try out the sauna and heated pool but next time for sure! I did however try the Windham path which was lovely to start the morning. 10/10 will be back!"

Sleeps 26 | Mountain Home | Pool + Hot Tub + Lake + Game Room + Sand Volleyball

10/10 Excellent

"Great for a large group. The heated pool, hot tub, outdoor lawn area, and massive indoor space are all fantastic. The peaceful view of the mountains over the lake is majestic. The amenities and restaurants / golf of the surrounding towns is very handy. It’s a very large property, so a printed book of instructions on where to find what would be helpful to future travelers. And a fewminor improvements - It took us a while to find things like trash bags, pans and lids that matched, etc. And there were no larder items like salt, pepper, cooking oil or sugar. There are a lot of bathrooms and many did not have soaps and shampoos which could have been more visibly stocked. The host was very responsive. On the last day, there was an area-wide power outage that knocked out power and water. The next early morning July 5th Sunday, the hosts sent over some help within 90 mins of calling, and Jeff was able to get the water running again within minutes. Thank you Jeff."
