It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 250 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- 35 m² living room with sofa, connected TV, electronic dart board and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A scullery with worktop, sink for sinners, a washing machine, freezer, hoover, broom, etc. On the 1ᵉʳ floor: \- Bedroom 1: a double queen-size (160x200) with dressing area. \- A shower room with shower \- A separate WC First floor extension 1: \- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140x190) with dressing room and study area. Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom. \- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, barbecue, washing machine, folding bed, iron and ironing board.
