Staff was extremely helpful. Food was good. They arrange for taxis and advise on tours. Especially the front office manager Kochi is very responsible. She gave us a free upgrade too coz of v few guests. Food is very good. In aug we needed a fan which was given. The resort is quiet forest area with no animals. Miss the old server at the restaurant, the Indian short guy, I think he was Assamese , he was great. The Tvs need better entertainment, all hotels these days have movie channels.Also very shocking bacon was not available for breakfast.Indian dishes at the restaurant are delicious, the naan bread is so perfectly done, really recommend, mutton delicious too.
