It is an excellent location for exploring much of what western North Carolina has to offer. The home was very clean, cozy and well appointed. The grounds/gardens were beautiful. The location was close to various amenities so it was easy to pick up dinner after a long day of hiking. The host was very friendly and communication was outstanding. The house met all our expectations with a wonderful front porch and back patio. Very clean and thoughtfully appointed to make you feel at home. Only a mile from downtown and centrally located. Nancy and Al were the nicest hosts and helpful with any of our questions. Loved the frosted beer glasses in the freezer waiting for us and the beautiful landscaping was an added bonus! The home is lovely and in fantastic condition. Nancy and Al were awesome to connect with and they are very close by if we had needs anything. The location is very convenient as there is a brewery and local grocery/ cafe in easy walking distance, and downtown and other local interests are a short drive. The garden and landscaping were phenomenal. Our kids were at camp for the week, but we spent a couple of days as a whole family and the house was plenty for our family of 5, plus dogs. After dropping the kids off at camp, my wife and I worked remotely. It was a really nice 'staycation' type of trip. We will definitely be back to this property and we really love the Hendersonville area. Plenty of food and beverage options nearby, plus nice hiking areas a short drive away. ##### Derek M. Our best friends live in Hendersonville so we really enjoyed our visits back and forth with them. The house was updated and very nicely decorated. You could tell that the owners take pride in their downtown farmhouse and they went above my expectations to include fresh flowers throughout the house.
