Absolutely disgusting. I have photos if you need them. Everything was gross. Staff was insanely rude. Advertising breakfast online and in front sign abs when we asked they said no. Unbelievable

The door to the room had been kicked in at one time and was never replaced so the lock was not functional. The shower fixture just spun and barely worked. Was missing the mini fridge which was disappointing because we couldn't keep the food cold without ice. Comforter on the bed has burn holes in it all over the place. On-site staff is friendly and helpful but the manager (who is remote) is a bit abrasive to guests and staff. Has potential due to the location but definitely needs some TLC.

When I checked in the desk clerk never greeted me just asked for ID she issued me a room that had not been cleaned at 4pm then the next room issued reaped of smoke when I requested non smoking but I had to be at work so I kept it. There was no DO NOT DISTURB I was there working night shift so both days I was awaken by house keeping trying to enter room. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The room coffee machine was broken, was advertised as "breakfast included" it was not. The "hot water" was warm at best and came from a faucet that felt like it was going to break off in my hand. It is located in a good location. however it seems that the owner is just letting maintenance go, from my experience and other reviews.

The hot water didn't work. I called and after insisting for several minutes, the receptionist went to check the furnace up and told me that it wasn’t working and, MAYBE, if I waited THIRTY MINUTES, the water could be hot eventually. The room was dirty, the bedspread had holes. Nobody was available at the reception, that whole ⁷area was closed. No breakfast available. Horrible experience. For $75, I am sure you can find something decent. Don't book this hotel. The only reason why I gave 2 stars to staff is because the cleaning ladies were so nice, tried their best and ONLY the owner is the one to blame.

This hotel is not for someone visiting it is for on the road drivers and or workers. The room was not as clran as i expected the sheets were not clean we went and brought our on sheet set and comforter from walmart which was up the street i ended up cleaning the batbroom over because it was hair in the tub the toilet for sure needed to be cleaned over who ever is in charge of the cleaning peiple should for aure go behind them. No one is at the front you talk to somwone through a ring camera which is not professional at all. I dont know about anyone else but I am vwry protective when it comes to giving out my personal information especially to someone i dont know and over a ring camera so not professional. I would not go back there nor will I recommend sorry

Couldn’t really expect more for a 2 star hotel. Wash cloths and towels were clean but had stains all over them. The bed sheets had a cigarette burn through it. I think they should just throw these away and replace them. The quality of the sheets and towels arent high quality so they cant be that expensive to replace. The icebox in the room had old throw up? who knows stains in it. They were green… yuck The stay was I think also on the expensive side. Ive stayed at cheaper places for even better quality. No breakfast even though it says free breakfast. Dog fee was $120 for 2 dogs for 2 nights. Have never paid that much before so, I was alittle shock with that. Gentlemen in the front was nice and theres a nice starbucks across the street but that was about it!

Rooms are not being cleaned after each resident
When I checked in the room, it was quite disgusting. Seems like it wasn't cleaned at all after the previous resident. It was impossible to do anything over the sink - it smelled like pee. The sink itself was dirty too - seems like someone actually urinated there. The toilet seat was also dirty. I had to wipe it to remove smeared poop. I complained about it to reception the next day and a housekeeper cleaned it in front of me for which I'm grateful.

I checked in, went to the room, turned on the lights and it was awful, turned down the bed, there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket, it smelled, the floor was filthy, the furniture where the frig, microwave, tv had mold on it and was falling apart, the tv didn't work. I turned around and checked out!

Not like the Days in I have been to before. Old motel, everything very loud. The bathroom fan and toilet was very loud, not just in our room, but you can hear everything in the room next door bathroom too. Advice breakfast included, yes, apple sauce, granola bar and oatmeal TO GO. Good thing we only stayed one night, highly disappointed.

The menager was one of those unfriendly people, unhappy with their life. I renewed my stay several times, and when I went to the reception to renew again today, the guy said "Our system is down, you have to leave the room". I asked him to let me stay in the room until the system comes back, but he refused. I was planning to stay at least 5 more days, but he kicked me out. It seemd to me that he actually enjoyed his 5 minute power over me.

The lobby wasn’t open during the afternoon, you had to call a number and then talk to staff at a window over a ring camera. There was staff at a window in the evening. The room was clean though walls were a little scuffed and cleaning staff cleaned the room and replaced soap and towels during the afternoon.

door handle was falling off. cobwebs on the ceiling. coffee maker did not work. no fresh towels and bed was not made the second day. Sign outside says free breakfast. one of the reasons i booked the hotel. NO BREAKFAST provided. had to walk across the street to Starbucks

The room in which I stayed is in need if serious maintenance attention. The security bolt/latch on the door is broken off, the refrigerator does not work, the shower valve plate is loose and the valve stem cover is held in place with toilet paper stuffed inside, and the heater/ac unit cover is loose and hanging on the unit.

We had no tv and the check in lady didn't tell me as the lady I later talked said she should have. Then I was told that the kitchen is being repaired so no breakfast as was in the booking. They did give us some things to take to our room to eat in the morning. I will not be back here

No one available at lobby at any time. Had to ring a doorbell and wait almost 20 min to check in at 4 pm. No breakfast as advertised. Sheets were to small for bed and kept popping loose at corners.Had same experiece checking out at 9:30 this morning. I finally threw the keys thru the hole in night window and left.

Upon checking in the manager has close the lobby and I have to ring by pushing the bottom of the RING appliance . An employee came to a small window and said that the manager is fearful of Covid and she decided to close the lobby. Therefore, there is no coffee limited very limited breakfast given in a plastic bag. Every single all the hotel in my trip has been open and this lady manager or owner has decided to do this upon herself to close the lobby .The room has holeson the wall and stains. There are a lot of stains and the furniture is very all in dirty. I will discourage everybody to wants to stay here not to , I definitely will not recommend to stay in this place we truly hate it

Front desk was unprepared, slow and unfriendly. But, got a room. Room was questionable. I think it was partly used, or not done cleaning. One small hand towel was the only towel. Found soap, no shampoo. Found an empty beer can on the floor. Overall, odd.

We understand that they were under construction but the space for registration was very small. The room had chipping paint on the walls and doors. The lamps were rusty. The coffee maker and the microwave were filthy. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The towels were scratchy, old and stained. On the positive side the sheets looked new and clean.

Nice lady at the reception desk was helpful. Intercom assistance was difficult to understand until she showed up. All service was conducted through night window. Multiple keys to other rooms were left on table for anyone to pick up. Did not give a good feeling of security. No secure area for key return- just leave on the desk.

Very rude customer service. They had a person yelling at you through a ring camera doorbell and no one at the desk. Just a bunch of keys under a book on the table with room numbers on them for you to randomly grab. The walls have blood stains on them and when I went to the bathroom a roach crawled out from the bottom of the toilet and up my leg. HORRIBLE PLACE
