Located in Hendersonville, this above garage apartment is a dream! With a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a stylish living room with a comfy sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. This is a 800 square foot apartment located at the top of our garage. Newly built and completed in March of 2025\. The one bedroom with a king size bed is separate from the living and kitchen space. There is a pull out full size sofa bed in the living room to allow this apartment to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Bedding and pillows for the sofa bed are located in the closet. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, heating/AC, and a washing machine/dryer. Not to mention a 10 minute walk from Downtown Hendersonville! So many wonderful apple orchards, breweries, restaurants, and wineries within a five to 15 minute drive. The bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for added comfort. Full kitchen, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It's not in the heart of downtown, but I actually preferred this location, as it was incredibly peaceful, but still within minutes of everything Hendersonville has to offer. We came for the Apple Festival; it was about a mile walk to downtown. It was a perfect location close to restaurants and small stores. The neighborhood also provided a nice scenic walk.
