Everything we interacted with and experienced was amazing. This was my family of threes first vacation and it was amazing. Started planning our next visit on our drive home. Breakfast provided was great, staff was extremely helpful, and no disturbances while we stayed 10/10

This might sound petty, but the toilet paper was rough and the mattress was weak.

Nice, clean, well kept property. Rooftop pool and bar area was enjoyable and friendly staff. Great central Gaslamp location! Rooms were pleasant and comfortable beds.

The hotel hadn’t transferred the Expedia booking into their system, so they didn’t show they had a reservation for us. Took about 30+ minutes to clear that up. Parking was a mess. They assigned a parking spot, but someone was in it. Room was located over some shops and was noisy at night.

"The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. My bathroom had a slightly weird smell (mildew or something else) that made me not want to be in that space, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. Nicest hotel in Hemet."
