Just giving average all around as we did not like the property. There was no handicapped parking and no convenient parking at all. Our room was in a converted treatment facility and it was kinda creepy.

9/10 Wonderful! (250 reviews)
Location was good relative to sites. Check in was fine, not too complicated or tricky. Checkout was also smooth and we continued to have building and luggage access throughout the day we checked out. Things went downhill from there. Room was not ready when we arrived, cleaner was still cleaning and asked us to come back in 30 min. Room was not clean enough after he was done. Air vents, a personal pet peeve of mine, haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. Garbage found under curtains, food under sofa bed. Drying rack not cleaned. Beer cap found in corner of our room. Floors not mopped in a long time. You can’t open the windows as flies from the garbage bins below come in. You are over a loading dock that starts work at 7 am every morning so don’t expect to sleep in. No storage for dry goods if you plan to use kitchenette. Sofa bed is very unusual. It is not clear how to convert it from bed to sofa. Never seen anything like it before. One tea towel provided and even it was hidden behind the drying rack. Used chat to contact Bob W. It took a day for them to get back to me. Inconvenient to have us try and arrange a time for someone to resolve the sofa. We had started our vacation and didn’t want to wait around for anyone during the day. Overall, thinking twice about booking with Bob W again. Fewer people working or available on site makes hiccups like this more like pebbles in your shoe.
