We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts! The property is very clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and well equipped.
The hotel is also ideally located in the heart of Helsinki, within easy walking distance of plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. The central location made exploring the city very convenient.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Lilla Roberts to anyone visiting Helsinki!
Very nice, clean, classic hotel. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast - and come back for the dinner meatballs, delicious!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were amazing, room incredible and the location fantastic. We really enjoyed talking to the amazing person who looked after us at the bar. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the world and the things that are important are comfort, communication and connection and this hotel had all three.
Overall we had a great stay at Lilla Roberts. Generous rooms, perfect location, cosy interieur, complete breakfast buffet contributed to the positive impression. Only drawback: it is time for a renovation.
Very convenient location. Easy walk to many attractions. Well maintained property. Breakfast was good and the staggered dining times helped reduce excessive crowding. Gym was decent. Friendly staff. A strong recommendation for those looking for good value and quality in a center city hotel.
A very well decorated place in the center of everything. The bar was comfortable to do work and meet with colleagues. The hotel is very walkable to all of the main sites in the city.
We really enjoyed the breakfast and the service was excellent. The only suggestion we would have is picking up plates a little bit more often. The lobby is very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the the water and vibrant parts of Helsinki. Our room had a terrible view that was supposed to be the courtyard or street view but we got basically got a rooftop of some kind and a wall. I jokingly called it the maids quarters because it was tucked around the corner from the rest of the rooms but my partner didn't mind the privacy so mixed reviews. It was room 401 by the way. The strangest part is that we got there before check in and we were still provided with what I would consider one of the less desirable rooms. It worked fine for what we needed but I found out a little bit odd.
Very clean room and the bed was so comfortable! I would absolutely stay again!

We arrived without our suitcases and they were able to accommodate us with toiletries and a power converter plug. Very nice staff we were also able to get into our room early for $50
