Very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is amazing, especially the fruit section, and the buffet menu is top-notch. Customer service in the restaurant is top-notch. However, this initial opinion has some negatives, especially regarding housekeeping. The employee who cleaned our room forgot to close the door, and when we came back, the door was wide open for several hours. I applied to the front desk; they checked the cameras and assured me that nobody came to the room during this period. The front desk employees were very prompt, recognizing the mistake and sent complimentary champagne on behalf of the hotel. I thought this was it, but at checkout, I found an unknown charge for the minibar chocolate, which the front desk resolved immediately.
