Great location and staff was friendly, breakfast was good as well. However, the room was very cold, the hot/cold air switch was not working. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and I flagged this at the front desk at 5am on the first night after not being able to sleep. The receptionist offered me more blankets or a heater, saying they would send maintenance to the room the next day. I refused and went back to the room, knowing that for the next day the problem would be solved. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, I came back to the room late on the second day and it was still very cold with the switch not working, I didn’t bother going to the reception as I knew it was pointless. Very disappointed by this disservice, Holiday Inn has always been a guarantee and the hotel is really nice, it would have been better if I hadn’t come back with a cold.
