Rural house located in the southeast of Albacete, in the municipality of Hellín, near the provincial limit with Murcia, in a natural environment surrounded by a wild mall, fruit trees, olive trees, jinjoleros, fig trees, etc. It is an old farmhouse, typical architecture of the southern area of ​​Albacete, restored with great care and enthusiasm to turn it into a nice and cozy rural accommodation. Estuvimos justo antes de semana santa del pasado año y disfrutamos mucho... Hay caminos para salir a pasear con los niños, no hay peligros ,estas cerca del pueblecito de agra pero enmedio de plantaciones de arboles frutales de los propietarios, si quieres comprar lo que sea estas a menos de 5 minutos en coche de Hellin. La barbacoa con horno que tienen detras de la casa y un espacio vallado con gravilla para los niños es perfecto. Aun hacia un poco de frio pero no comimos nunca dentro. Las escaleras son de casa antigua de pueblo (empinadas) pero arriba una de las habitaciones dobles esta dentro de una de las de matrimonio, asi que los niños siempre estan controlados. Para nosotros hacer todo lo que no se puede en un piso, barbacoa, chimenea, pasear por aquellos caminos ... es lo que buscamos y como punto central de excursiones tambien esta bien, a menos de 1 hora en coche hacia el interior tienes el nacimiento del rio mundo y hacia murcia el santuario de la virgen de la esperanza sin contar pantanos y pequeñas presas como la del batan justo antes del mingogil que con su caudal de agua contrastan con lo seco del paisaje tipico de albacete. ##### jose m. Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Juana H. 5 May 2011 #### Buena casa Hemos estado un grupo de amigos en la casa este pasado puente de mayo y decir que ha sido genial, la casa es grande y caben de sobra 8 personas, además el patio que tiene con barbacoa es genia!! Sus dueños son bastante amables, y también la gente que vive en el pueblo, nos parecieron bastante acogedores! A nosotros nos iba perfectamente el agua, tanto el de arriba como el de abajo, asi como todos lo canales de televisión. Personalmente, nos parecio un buen sitio, con un buen paisaje, y teniendo lo que buscas: tranquilidad! Por que de noche se oye tan sólo a la ranas!! :) ##### Juana H. ---
