Helen Putnam Park

This is the second time my family staying in this hotel. Last time we stayed only one nights with not much Impression as we arrived late and left earlier. This time we booked 5 nights with my family. Staffs were helpful when we requesting a connecting room. But the room we stayed in had a terrible Cat pee smell, we had to open the balcony door all the time including night time. As everyday we returned to hotel room after a day out, house keeping usually will close the balcony door, which make the smell stronger everyday we returned back. Also the air condition has terribly loud noice each time it started running, I had to turn it off midnight. The overall condition of the hotel is outdated need renovation. Crapy parking lot and elevator. Everything need an urgent update.

Stayed there for our Anniversry and it was incredible. The ambience is very peaceful and serene. Service is top tier and the food was really good as well. The savory quiche was probably the best item on the breakfast bar.
