We were there around the holidays, so several local restaurants were closed. It’s close to Helen, so we made the drive a few times. The room was clean. Internet was slow. Parking is limited. The staff made us feel like members of the family, and everyone could not have been any nicer. Bobby was, to be blunt, the best host I have ever interacted with. He was incredibly attentive to his guests needs, but never intrusive. Our experience was comparable to staying with a close friend. ##### Charles g. Made arrangements for manager to leave our door unlocked, and when we arrived the whole property was locked up- office closed, no lights on, and no one answers the phone. For sale sign in front. Waited at property and called for 4 hours trying to get ahold of someone and finally left and had to find another hotel. Very poor management. The room was decorated nicely and the king size bed was super comfortable. Very quiet and secluded. The attached restaurant was also very charming and cozy. Good food and pleasant atmosphere.
