Welcome to Serenity Ridge, our beautiful 2700+ sf mountain escape. “Modern-day Rustic” is a good way to describe Serenity Ridge because its newly renovated with rustic décor. The property is well appointed, 4 bed, 3 bath home and is nestled against Laurel Ridge in front of Yonah Mountain and has breathtaking million-dollar views. Serenity Ridge is the perfect place to get away from it all! This cabin offers plenty of room for both indoor and outdoor gatherings for friends and family.

When you enter through the front door you’re greeted with vaulted ceilings providing an open concept that flows to the ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the amazing view. The kitchen, dining and family room are all connected with clear site-lines which provides plenty of space for gathering with loved ones. The property comes with a new washer/dryer and HVAC system. Abundant wildlife surrounds you including deer, raccoons, song birds and humming birds at our feeders. The best part about this property is the easy access. The road to the property is paved. The driveway is paved up to the front door for easy access for those with limited mobility. This luxury property is located just 90 miles from the bustle of downtown Atlanta and 7 miles from Alpine Helen. For your safety, there is a security camera outside at the front door.

KITCHEN
The kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cupboard space and lots of counter space on the new granite counter tops. It is fully stocked with brand new plates, silverware, glassware, pots/pans and a selection of seasonings if you want to cook. It also includes a crock pot, coffee maker, microwave, and blender.

WINE/DRINK BAR
That’s right, a wine/drink bar with its own high-top table for relaxing. This bar includes tumblers, a jigger, shot glasses, wine glasses and a 4-bottle wine fridge.

DINING ROOM
The dining area seats 8 at a large wooden table including 4 additional seats at the coffee/cocktail high top table for overflow seating or a quiet, intimate drink.

LIVING ROOM
The living area includes a new sofa with 2 built-in recliners and a matching love seat. The seating faces the outdoor views or a new 50" flat screen smart TV on the mantle above a room warming propane log fireplace.

For your sleeping enjoyment, you can choose between the Wolf Den, Moose Room, the Bear Den or the Fox Den.
BEDROOM 1 - THE WOLF DEN
The main floor master Wolf Den bedroom offers a brand new full size king bed with an AMAZING headboard, new pillows/linens, private en-suite, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 42” flat screen smart TV and light blocking blinds to allow for sleeping not, you’re on vacation.
 
BEDROOM 2 – THE MOOSE ROOM
The main floor Moose Room features a new queen size foam mattress bed with new pillows/linens, an en-suite, closet and light blocking blinds to allow for sleeping in

BEDROOM 3 – THE BEAR DEN
This lower level Bear Den bedroom boasts 2 new queen sized beds, new pillows/linens, ceiling fan, closet and light blocking blinds to allow for sleeping in

BEDROOM 4 - THE FOX DEN
This lower level Fox Den bedroom has a new bunk bed and is decorated with cute and fun fox pictures. The room amenities are new pillows/linens, ceiling fan.

LOWER LEVEL ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
The lower level room includes plenty of comfortable seating on 2 couches with 4 built-in recliners facing the cozy gas fireplace or a 50” flat screen smart TV, a bar with refrigerator, a microwave, pool table, board games, checkers/chess table, a poker game table with cards/chips (coming) and for those musically inclined, there is a music center including a guitar, keyboard and bongo for percussion.

DOWNSTAIRS DECK
On this level you can bring the party out to the HUGE 15x20’ deck furnished, high top tables, stools, propane fire pit (so you don’t have keep moving away from the smoke of a real fire) including 4 rocking, reclining and swiveling cushioned chairs and lighting for night time events.
