Wonderful visit
We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful it’s more than we imagined. We have recommended it to several friends already.

5/5 Excellent

Great Sunrise
Very nice cabin. Very clean. Had a nicely stocked kitchen. The view was very nice. We had no problems with check-in. The long gravel road to the cabin has some steep sections, however we had no problem with them and we never used 4WD. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, great view
Was a great place! Will definitely recommend

5/5 Excellent

This cabin is so nice. My husband and I came here with our 16 month old for the week. I had another family member come for a couple of days to help with our daughter and there was so much space. This cabin was so comfortable and inviting, it really felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. And my husband really enjoyed the hot tub. The view from the back porch was amazing! Overall this place was great. The ONLY downside was the drive up to the cabin. Towards the end of the week after it rained and more cars started driving through the road got rougher.

5/5 Excellent

Beautiful as advertised
My wife and I enjoyed our 3 nights here. Of course we didn’t need a 3 bedroom but we were renting for the view, which was as advertised. It was a short drive to Helen and the surrounding areas. Our only complaint which has been mentioned before is the hot tub control panel. The jets on the tub are always on, which makes for some unnecessary noise on the deck, which makes it hard to hear nearby birds and other wildlife. You also have to speak somewhat loudly to be heard over the tub noise. You can’t turn the tub lights on, and the temperature controls are counterintuitive. They did have a note on the fridge explaining the temperature controls. Everything else was perfect. A lot of things in Helen were not open, as we went early in the week and many businesses appear to only be open on the weekend or during warmer seasons. However, this meant the crowds were small and we had minimal wait times. The food and beer in Helen was just incredible. We definitely plan to return in the future and would not hesitate to rent Eagle’s Nest again. It is perfect for a quiet getaway.
