I will say as I walked in, the lobby smelled so good! I am not sure what they are using, but do not change this; it was amazing. The front desk staff was fantastic, but the valet service seemed a bit disorganized. The touchpad for the elevator was mildly frustrating, as it would not respond to the first touch, and frankly, it made no sense. It gave a false sense of security; it should have read my keycard and then taken me only to my floor. The room was clean and quiet, I had a beautiful view of Angels Stadium.

The good: Affordable, updated, safe, clean, quiet
The not so good: Too clean - I don't want to smell cleaning products for days while I'm only in the space for one night. It seemed like the scent was being pushed through the fan so I had to turn it off and just deal with stuffy air. The other was the pillows. They were super thick and there was no variation. I wish I had brought my own. It wasn't fun. I didn't sleep well here unfortunately.

Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅
