The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly.
Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates.
Would still recommend and we will be back.

The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops.
The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money.
Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.
