Comfortable chalet "Glockner", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2017, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2.6 km from the centre of Heiligenblut, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 250 m2. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Heiligenblut Pockhorn" 550 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski rental 2.8 km, ski school 2.8 km. Nearby attractions: Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Heiligenblut. Hiking paths: Grossglockner, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. This house was exclusively built with ecologically materials by local workers.
4-room chalet 110 m2 on 2 levels. Romantic and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Open living room with satellite TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Top floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position, large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. There are 2 large wooden loungers for approx. 4 people available for guests in the garden.
