"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. "Apartments are modern and spacious. Village is very quiet but well located for Panorama Bahn ski lift (NB if you have any beginners in your group you have to drive 20 mins or so to Pass Thurn for ski school). Main criticism was that we unexpectedly had to pay for the apartment in cash - this was a real problem over Christmas week as the banks were closed! The Owners were adamant that this was specified on the booking but - if it was - I missed it! Sadly, this took the shine off the stay."

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."
