Welcome to Karper Studio, a cosy holiday home for four guests! This charming open studio is perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings.

The studio has a warm and cosy atmosphere. There is a comfortable double bed on the ground floor and two single beds on the mezzanine. The sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and washing machine. For added convenience, there is a separate toilet and storage space. The well-equipped kitchen and seating area with digital TV and streaming services such as Netflix complete the stay. Fun games are available for our youngest guests, so they can have fun too.

Outside, you will find a cosy terrace with comfortable furniture and a boules court. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and plantations throughout the day and an enchanting sunset in the evening. The studio is also conveniently located next to our playground and a communal sun terrace, so relaxation and fun are always within reach.

The farm is home to chickens, rabbits, turkeys, alpacas, pigs and ducks, making your stay even more enjoyable and allowing you to admire the animals up close! Feeding the animals is an additional activity that can be booked on site.

Heers, a picturesque municipality in the fertile Haspengouw region, is strategically located between Sint-Truiden and Tongeren-Borgloon, close to the Walloon border. The landscape, with its rolling hills, is rich in orchards, vineyards, castles and charming chapels. As part of the Hart van Haspengouw Landscape Park, Heers offers an ideal environment for walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the seasonal beauty and local crafts. Two walking loops even pass directly by the Smishoeve.

Additional services can be booked with the owner: breakfast (€18 per person), wood for campfire/pizza oven (€15/package), use of go-karts (€10/stay).
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner Between 9:00 - 22:00 and 9:00 - 22:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises
