Every detail of this rustic A-frame cabin focuses on your comfort. From the remodeled bathrooms and kitchen to the high-end mattresses, bedding and firepit, you'll have all you need to relax and unwind. If you can't check out completely this cabin has high-speed WIFI and all the amenities you need to work from a beautiful location. The space Featuring three newly remodeled bedrooms, the cabin can sleep 6 (8 if there are children). The primary bedroom has a king bed, floor-to-ceiling windows and a desk. It also features a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the cabin features a queen bed and large windows overlooking the firepit. The third bedroom is an open loft with two full beds that can sleep 4 kids or 2 adults. The second bathroom has been completely remodeled with a new tub and tile surround, a handmade rustic vanity, and full-length mirror. The newly renovated kitchen boasts hunter green cabinets, gold accents, and open shelving. Featuring a stainless-steel range, apron sink with garbage disposal, full-sized stainless-steel refrigerator with water and with an icemaker, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, this kitchen makes cooking and cleanup easy. A large expanse of new quartz countertops makes it easy to prep and serve food. The stocked cabinets include pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, and even olive oil and spices. To keep the chef company, guests can face the kitchen on bar stools at the custom-built wood table. A full-service coffee bar includes all you need to brew your cup or joe or fix a cup of tea. The living and dining rooms have wonderful open views with two-story vaulted ceilings and a full expanse of windows that overlook the woods. Take your relaxation to the next level sitting by the gas fireplace or turning on the large screen smart TV. Looking for some fun after dinner? The cabin is loaded with games and puzzles on both floors. Guest access Acorn Acre is located in The Woods, near Berkeley Springs and less than 2 hours from the DC/Baltimore area, this cabin is the perfect getaway to enjoy golfing, hiking, antiquing, farmers' markets or even a spa! The Woods boasts two 18-hole golf courses, and the neighborhood is quiet and filled with trees. Other things to note If you like to spend time relaxing outdoors, Acorn Acre is just the place. Enjoy the deck spanning the front of the cabin for relaxed meals or your morning coffee. In the evening, head to the firepit for a cozy night outside under the string lights enjoying a glass of wine or a s'more. \*\*The house is dog friendly, featuring a side yard that has a fenced in area for times that you just want to let the dog out but don’t want to take a long walk. We had fire pits under charming string lights, with comfortable Adirondack chairs, walks through the neighborhood that seemed like we were in a nature park. Everything was available to ensure we had a great time for family with young adults and toddler, infant, and two little dogs who had their own fenced play area! ##### Sally F. Room for our family of three plus our dog and the fenced area was a huge plus. The cabin was clean, very cutely decorated and under the teees have us cool mornings. Many thanks! ##### Jane R. This is a peaceful location with plenty of wildlife walking through to excite your dog. Just perfect for us six folks (two being little ones) and I highly recommend it. I can also say that Heidi is most responsive as we needed to communicatre with her a few times and she got right back to us. Good stuff. ##### Jim B. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was lovely, decorated perfectly. Had everything we needed, down to the firewood. The icemaker even works! We slept in the master bedroom and the bed, sheets, pillows were all SO comfortable, it was probably the best sleep we've had at any rental. Also the super fluffy luxury towels are so appreciated! The side yard was very much enjoyed by our dog. The outdoor firepit with cafe lights were great as well! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Andrea B. The house is very clean, even the sponge for dishes smelled clean. The house is very well stocked with paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, laundry pods & dryer sheets, coffee & coffee filters, etc. The knives aren't very sharp, but I've only ever stayed at one place where I didn't want my own knife. The master bedroom had very nice sheets. The master shower has decent water pressure. The Woods resort is easy to walk, we had our dog, and it's only about 15 min to Berkeley Springs. The side, fenced in dog yard is very convenient! ##### Zoe B. There were definitely lots of games and puzzles. The place was very clean with ample extra linens, toilet paper, etc. It was a little tough for our family having two of the beds be in the loft, which, while up some stairs is still open to the downstairs (sound travels). The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but we would suggest adding a cheese grater, tea kettle, and a few smaller glasses, like juice glasses). Heidi was very communicative/responsive, which was helpful. A few times it did seem like the air conditioning wasn’t working, but then it would work eventually. The cabin was a bit closer to neighbors than we would have liked. Overall we had a decent stay. ##### Emily M. We had a lovely time relaxing, cooking, playing games provided by the host, going hiking, and spending quality time together. We used the fireplace every day to stay warm and cozy. Having the fenced in side yard was really nice to be able to let the dogs out off leash whenever they needed to go. We didn't utilize the fire pit but the space was super adorable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the weekend. The king size bed was the only one we used but it was super comfortable and the gray blanket we found in the closet was super soft to snuggle up in. Communications with the host were efficient and helpful. We had a lovely experience here and would certainly go back. Renting from dog friendly properties always results in a more pleasant stay. The hosts seem to be more thoughtful in providing supplies to accommodate any stay. Thank you for having us! We had a blast! ##### Abby J. This cabin is by far the cleanest, most well kept vrbo we have ever rented. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well stocked, and water pressure is great. The cabin is nestled in a small, very quiet area that was perfect for us to unplug and enjoy spending time together, with everything you could possibly need in Martinsburg a short drove away. The fenced in side yard was the perfect spot to let the dog out, and we loved sitting on the front porch together. Heidi was great to work with, and we will definitely be back! ##### Emily S.
