Walking distance to Seneca Lake! 10 minutes from Watkins Glen! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is just steps from the lake. It features a private deck with table and chairs with all the usual amenities. Large yard that can be used for relaxation, lawn-games, etc. Extremely fast fiber-optic wi-fi. Stay here and enjoy the wineries and breweries, a race or concert in Watkins Glen, or just to get away from the city life!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag and gather trash and put in toter bin that is next to the street towards the lake.
Put used towels only on unmade and used beds or ontop of washer.
Deposit cans and bottles can be left in a bag outside on deck area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Three (3) vehicles max are allowed. Speed limit in the area is 5 mph on our road.
Please keep music to a minimum volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Smoking/Vaping are prohibited.
The septic system cannot handle non-septic toilet paper or feminine products. Please use the septic-safe toilet paper that is provided.
