Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

We found this to be a lovely hotel and the Prinzlauer district and a good base for exploring Berlin. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 stops on the M2 tram from Alexanderplatz.

"Overall was a nice experience but there was mold on the caulking in the tub which kind of ruined my bath experience. There was a strange sewage smell in the lobby and elevator one day as well.
