A stunning view of Deer Valley's Bald Mountain can be enjoyed from the kid's loft of this 4BR Black Rock Ridge townhome sleeping 16! Black Rock Ridge, Only 7 minutes from Park City's Historic Main Street and all three world class ski resorts. Offering fashionable finishes and a creative bedding dynamic that creates a seamless lodging experience for skiers in large family groups, corporate groups or couples retreats alike, this property has a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, breakfast bar and spacious main level floor plan that opens to the cozy stacked stone fireplace and seating area. A large rustic dining table provides additional seating for meals and entertainment. A gas stubbed barbecue is available for grilling on the deck. The main level offers two bedroom suites; a King master with gorgeous ensuite bath and private hot tub off the master patio, and a Queen suite with adjacent full bath. It is well equipped with everything you could need including board games for the family! Only downside is you have to walk THROUGH the master bedroom to access the hot tub. There were plenty of beds for everyone to spread out on all levels, and also plenty of bathrooms, which was also nice! The only downside was that the hot tub is only accessible by walking THROUGH the master bedroom, right next to the master bed... there isn't a back deck or any way to walk around the home either. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Jordanelle Black Rock Ridge 52! We stayed 3 nights at the end of February. Upon arrival we emailed to request an earlier check in and got an immediate response from Emily who couldn't offer us early check-in but solved our problem with another creative idea. She texted us just a few minutes later to let us know the property was actually ready earlier than expected and that we could check in- score! Once we arrived at the house, we found it to be clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plenty of plates and glassware. We were pleasantly surprised that the pantry included some basic spices, oil and food storage items like foil and ziplock bags. All beds were clean, new and very comfy. I really appreciated all of the extra blankets around the house for staying cozy. I loved the bath towels so much I took a picture of the tag to order some for my home! The only thing that could have been improved was that the hot tub was not ready for us to use the first night since it had just been drained and refilled. Overall: great experience and would definitely stay again! Everything inside was brand new, we all slept comfortably, and the property manager was really easy to work with. It was a 30-40 drive from the airport in Salt lake City, and a short drive to park city and deer valley. The rental was super clean, and had great amenities. We had 3 families with kids and fit comfortably. The kids loved their “bunk room” with their own TV and the ping pong table downstairs was a hit! The adults loved relaxing in the hot tub each night. The kitchen had everything we needed and great appliances. We all woke up rested each morning because the beds were amazing and comfortable. It's tough traveling with a big group, either the bed or bathroom situation runs short. So we were so excited when we found this PERFECT rental! There was so much space for a group of 6 of us! Plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around (4 bathrooms!). The dining/living room area is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and there's even a game room to relax and unwind in. Convenient location as well, only \~30-40 mins from the Salt Lake City airport and super close to Park City and Deer Valley.
