We had a great stay for my 50th birthday. It is truly a beautiful home, lots of room and many beds. It had everything you could need/want. I had some friends over one afternoon for a little celebration, which I got approved ahead of time. However, I didn’t know that there was no overnight parking on the street. I paid the fine for that and a fee for having a pet. They do accept pets, but the fee isn’t listed anywhere, so both of those payments were unexpected. My recommendation is to list them. My family, two sheepadoodles and I stayed at this home for two weeks for a summer vacation. The home is a short drive from Park City and walkable to Jordanelle Reservoir. We rented a boat, went hiking, and swam in the reservoir. It was lovely to wake up every am and walk part of the lake perimeter trail.
