Security Deposit Policy A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It was new and clean and a perfect location. We were literally two minutes from the chairlift on the backside of Deer Valley Resort. The owner was so easy to work with. There were no problems. It had its own underground parking and there was no need for a key, just a code for the door which was nice so we could arrive anytime after check in and not worry about having to arrange a time to meet up with the owner. Also I loved the little touches this place had to offer like detergent and dryer sheets and hand warmers. We will for sure stay here again. ##### Shannon D.
