Heritage House is set in the historic part of Heber, close to all the fun of Main Street in a quaint, quiet residential neighborhood. Some houses in the neighborhood were built in 1890. Imagine what the well established trees have seen over the years. Things have changed in the last 130 years, but it still has a small town friendly feel, now with all the convenience of today.
Private contactless entry provides you the privacy and safety so desired. Come and go as you please. Arriving late, no problem. There is plenty of parking in the double wide driveway on one either side of this this corner house. There are two entrances the front door by the driveway, or on the cozy porch, both have code locks for easy keyless access.
You will have the private use of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and family room. This is part of a duplex. Please be courteous to the upstairs long term tenant and do not park in his driveway at 223.
This historic house was built in 1890 additions were made in 1980. Renovations were made in 2010 and updating with a new kitchen was done in 2022. It is now a 21st century home, but still keeps some of the quaintness of the 19th century with step stairs and slanted upstairs ceilings. Open the windows at night to let in the wonderful cool Heber air. Fans, no central A/C.
A bus on Main Street can take you to Park City, skiing, more restaurants and entertainment.
Heritage House is a pioneer house originally built in 1890 and extensively remodeled over the years. The steep stairs and angled upstairs ceilings still show the charm of when the house was built and gives a historic flavor. It was doubled in size with a large addition and modernization in 1980. New carpet, fresh paint, brand new kitchen and air conditioning have been recently added.

Had a great time at this place. Easy check-in and access, plenty of beds and home amenities, and a good price for a good location. Thank you to nancy for being so communicative through the process.
ery easy place to check in too. The location was fantastic - with the main street in walking distance and a easy drive to Park City, we loved it.
Unfortunately, the house like many older houses, there is quite a bit of internal damage and regrettable, we were not thorough with our first inspection. Two weeks later, we are still waiting an outcome on a couch repair and our deposit.
Regardless, it is a wonderful place to stay.
It's an old house. Every think was good, but the carpet in the living room needs cleaned, and the toilet isn’t bolted to the floor. If i go back to Heber next year i would consider staying there again.
We had a great time! The only change I would make is that on the listing it states 2 bunk beds when there is only 1. The stairs are also quite steep, we had a girl who just had knee surgery staying with us and it was a bit tricky to navigate. But overall great place, easy communication with the host, and perfect for our needs.

The bathroom was big which was really nice. I think I must have missed something in the reviews. I didn't realize it was attached to another home. I didn't feel comfortable with the adjoining doors that I couldn't deadbolt or secure in a way from our side. Also, I could hear the other home's television. The yard needed to be mowed, which left a bad first impression. Inside was clean, but dated and the bunks were missing a bolt. We didn't feel comfortable having anyone sleep on the top bunk. We had to shift furniture to get the spare twin accessible. We stayed one night but then we had to make a change of venue to a different city for unrelated reasons, but we weren't sad to need to find a different place to stay.
