The decoration makes it feel like a beautiful home and not just a rental property. They have speakers in most every room, and everything is in great condition. A great house in a VERY quiet neighborhood. About a 10 minute drive from Downtown PC (w/o traffic). Brand new place, great bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, good wifi and a perfect place to have as base camp for your Utah ski vacation. We skiied Snowbasin (about 50 mins) Alta/ Snowbird (about 50 mins) Parkcity- Canyons base area (about 30 mins with traffic) and DeerValley (about 20 mins with traffic) Rental management company was great/ check in was fairly simple although we had a little trouble with the garage code/ 3 car garage/ and a big living room + game area. neighborhood was great to get out for a morning run/ walk prior to heading to the mountains. I have stayed in this neighborhood before and would definitely stay here again! ##### Matt H. Having private restrooms for each bedroom + half baths in the common areas was truly great! The property management company was friendly and responsive.
