Set in the hills next to Jordanelle Reservoir, this modern condo offers sweeping views of the lake and quick access to the shops, dining, and slopes of nearby Deer Valley. Inside, a bright open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all warmed by a gas fireplace and natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island. The main bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third with two twin beds share a detached full bathroom. Guests will have access to a shared clubhouse (coming soon during the Summer of 2025) with a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and tennis and pickleball courts—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains or reservoir.
