The gardens and sunsets were highlights as was meeting the owner Ann who gave us additional insight into the home’s history. The was home was the absolute cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, as if it was brand new. Would be lovely to enjoy a second remodeled bathroom so that both couples could feel equally pampered. Close to dining and shopping in town along with a convenient base for visiting wineries in the Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Russian River areas. Perfect for two couples with one bedroom/bathroom in the front of the house and the other in the back of the house. The house is spacious and each bedroom/bathroom area can be closed off from the rest of the house to create privacy. Vineyard views from the house are lovely. Furnishings are old/antique but appropriate for the style of the home. It was clean, but smells like an old house. Reminded me of my grandparent's house.
