Pictures of park view suite are not accurate reflection of actual view. Build blocking full park view is removed from online room pics. Upon check in, our room was not full ready. On our final night, our room was not serviced. We were told we had a $35 per day property credit but we were not told that could apply to the property fee on final bill. Transparent communication would have been nice.
Hotel was located near time square, broadway and Central Park.

Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time.. The rooms are small, but so inviting. I love that you can pop the windows slightly open. The only thing I wish they provided was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was super cute and the pastries were delicious. The girls making coffee were so nice and friendly! Water pressure was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!
