Hotel was clean, bed was massive & comfy, shower was great! Really convenient near the train station & good cafes for brunch close by

A great stop for one night with an efficient shuttle service to the airport. The bar was good and the food wholesome.

Staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived after a very long series of flights from Scotland in the early hours of the morning. Reception were helpful and the shuttle driver saw us safely to our room with our bags. They provided a late checkout which we could have extended if needed. Great start to our visit thank you.

Spacious and relaxed. Friendly staff. The setting is quiet and off the main roads. just below the perth hills, very nice surroundings. Would stay agsin.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the historic garde cottages which have been beautifully & sympathetically restored. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The speakeasy bar Gimlet with complementary daily drink is a perfect spot for a relaxing pre or post dinner drink.

Was very happy with our stay and the property was spacious and clean. The manager was very helpful as we was travelling from the uk and our planes were delayed they aloud my aunt who was meeting us check in so we didn’t lose the booking and was able to book an extra night too.

Pool not clean and a lot of the paths outside the cabins were deteriorating and dangerous. Excellent on site bar and grill

Lovely hotel close to all the delights of Subiaco. Only an overnight stay for us but enjoyed the experience.

Clean comfortable room which still looked newly renovated. Nice to have allocated parking at our room.

Great staff, great restaurants 5 min walk,ferry to Perth 5 min walk (3aud). Views from riverside view rooms 1&2 floors spectacular. End suites if in group even better. Definitely not luxury, but got everything you could want. Recommend YES.
