Leave the rush behind. Find your place in the Northwoods.
Some places are made for sightseeing.
This one is made for slowing down.
Nestled beneath towering pines in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods, this
cozy cabin invites you to swap busy schedules for crackling campfires, quiet
mornings and days spent outdoors.
Wake slowly with coffee on the three-season porch as the forest comes to life
around you. Wander down to the water, cast a line into the Tomahawk River,
launch the kayak, or spend the day exploring miles of scenic snowmobile and
ATV trails right from your doorstep.
As the sun begins to set, head back to the cabin where warm timber,
comfortable spaces and simple comforts make it easy to unwind. Cook dinner
together, open a bottle of wine and settle into an evening that doesn’t need
an itinerary.
Whether you’re seeking adventure, reconnecting with family, or simply craving
a weekend where time feels slower, this is the kind of place you’ll find
yourself wanting to return to.

Our Story
Not every getaway needs polished perfection.
Some simply need peace.
This little cabin has welcomed generations of travelers looking to escape the
noise of everyday life. It’s humble, uncomplicated and full of quiet
character—a place where muddy boots are welcome, coffee tastes better on the
porch, and the soundtrack is birdsong, rustling pines and the occasional loon
calling across the water.
We’ve chosen to preserve its simple charm rather than transform it into
something it’s not. The timber walls carry stories, the three-season porch
invites slow mornings, and every window frames the beauty that brought us here
in the first place.
It’s not about luxury.
It’s about waking without an alarm.
It’s about afternoons spent exploring the lakes, forests and trails before
returning home tired in the very best way.
It’s about board games instead of busy schedules, campfires instead of
television, and conversations that somehow last a little longer.
If you’re searching for marble countertops and five-star finishes, this
probably isn’t your place.
But if you’re looking for somewhere honest, peaceful and deeply restorative—a
place where life feels a little simpler for a while—we think you’ll feel right
at home.
We hope you’ll leave with a slower heartbeat, a clearer mind, and memories
that stay with you long after you’ve packed the car and headed home.
After all, sometimes the most meaningful places aren’t the grandest.
They’re simply the ones that let you breathe.
