The young man checking us in was very accommodating. Our travel included a 103 year old. He assigned an appropriate room. Some construction was going on near our room which was not a terrible problem. It was apparent that a lot of the hotel was already completed. Would definitely stay there again.

ery clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool is closed for renovations, wish we were informed before we arrived. The indoor pool was definitely one of the reasons we chose to stay here. I do understand that it is under a major renovation right now to improve.

Our family suite was great! Big and roomy. Beds a little too soft but that’s just a personal preference. We traveled all around southeastern Kentucky looking for ancestors/cemeteries and this hotel was convenient to all our travels. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness! My only complaint is that the doors slam really loudly when closed. Every morning at 4:30am I was jolted out of bed by the neighboring rooms door. Lots of construction workers were staying there and I guess they rise very early. Also, one day we were awakened at 7am by fire alarm x3. But no fire. Other than that our stay was great! Would definitely recommend!

Nice suite tucked away in a private hallway with a full jacuzzi in the spacious room. The bed was a little hard for me but some like it that way! The breakfast was outstanding!

Dirty. Old and in poor condition. Room was very musty smelling and damp. When we moved to another hotel our clothes were damp from the extremely high humidity in the room. walls and the people walking in the room above us sounded live a herd of elephants. The staff were nice.

I reserved a room with a king size bed. Got checked in with no problems. Went to my room and it had 2 queen size beds. I went back to let the receptionist know. She stated that she didn’t know if she had any king’s left. However, after checking, she gave me another key card to the type of room that I paid for. Not sure why I didn’t get that room to begin with.
