Sometimes it worked sometimes it wouldn't. Once we got it to work, had to leave it on the whole time so we knew it would work.No handle on the patio door...outside. Patio was dirty, nothing available to clean it off. There were sticks and leaves everywhere. Shower head is on a hook 3 ft from the bottom of the tub. Absolutely not convenient at all.The place was infested with nats. Nats were everywhere. We had brought food and had placed it on the dresser. We didnt realize how bad the nats really were until we got up the next morning and had to throw away everything we brought because of the issue. They were terrible in the bathroom. There were cob webs in corners..need to wipe those down when cleaning. Spiders were crawling around this room. The worst place that we have booked in all of surrounding Hayward area. The bathroom switch is falling off the wall, did not dare to plug in a hair blow dryer. The refrigerator was not cleaned and the freezer was frozen that there was hardly any room to place anything in it. The air conditioner was too loud to leave on to sleep. The lock box is a horrible process for the keys. Not one renter was able to get in and out of this without struggling. We will not be renting here or referring this place. We actually rented 2 separate motel rooms for this weekend and both were very dirty and each had allot problems. ##### Tami M. A supply of coffee cups would be appreciated in order to have coffee. Scrubbing the floors would be nice, at the very least swept. I was not able to connect the television, I tried multiple times with no avail.
