Loons calling, deer roaming and squirrels bustling all around. The room was small but cozy, however calling it a condominium was a stretch of the imagination. It is a basic motel room with a dorm fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Convenient but not conducive for staying more than one or two nights at most. Stripped the bed down as instructed, mattress cover clearly has not been washed in quite awhile, pillows are stained (thankfully we brought our own). The room itself was nice but it was a good thing we brought our own lawn chairs as the cheap plastic table and chairs on the deck were filthy. Could have cleaned them off ourselves had there been any paper towels in the room. The picture of the beach area is misleading as it was not right down the hill as pictures alluded to. When we did get to the beach area it was not well maintained and the location made you feel like you were trespassing on someone else’s property. The restaurant that was supposed to be within walking distance (mentioned on line and in the brochure left in the room) no longer existed so we had to drive back into town for dinner. There was supposed to be a community fire pit at that non existent restaurant so no roasted marshmallows for my granddaughter!
