"Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm.
No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."
"Loved this unique experience! It did get cold towards the end of our stay, but that's because it was October and we got caught in the rain on a hike. They had tons of blankets and two heaters that helped a lot. If a dryer was available for wet clothes, that would've been outstanding. Also, our hiking guide/bartender, Jeremy, was amazing!! Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again."

"Absolutely lovely! This is a room on the second floor above the garage, with a side staircase. The hosts have thought about literally everything putting a lot of care and effort in making guests feel totally at home. All the instructions for temperature control are there on the table, there is a Keurig with plenty of coffee pods and a kettle. A canister with water sits on the shelf for ease of pouring. A refrigerator is present as well. All sorts of brochures and maps for exploring the area are on the coffee table, along with the hosts’ recommendations for where to eat and what to see. The bed was supercomfy with a warm and heavy blanket. A whole bookcase full of books and board games is along one wall. The hosts were easy to get in touch with right from the start. When I noticed that shampoo was missing, I texted them, and shampoo was brought up right to the door almost immediately. Wifi was superfast as well. Make sure to climb onto the screened-in balcony overlooking the lawn and the trees behind the house. I was there in late fall, so it was a tad too cold to enjoy, but nevertheless it was a charming setting to sip coffee or tea in. It had not been easy to find accommodation close to Acadia NP, I had looked almost everywhere and everything that was left was too expensive until I came across this secluded spot, off the side, but very close."
"We had such an amazing stay! We stayed for over a week and loved how much space we had. Might be a bit farther out, but it’s so worth it to have a nice and clean space to recharge made it easier to explore trails in Southwest Harbor. Check in/out was so seamless too! I even left an item behind and they were so incredibly nice about mailing it home to me. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back. "

"Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole property was very family-friendly. We had five children and five adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was a game changer — even on our one rainy day, it made the vacation still feel like a celebration. There were plenty of pool towels for all the swimmers, which was a greatly helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances (air fryer, blender, coffee maker, etc.), and we loved having the large deck, fire pit, and private pool area to enjoy together. The only small suggestion would be to add more silverware, dishes, and cups for larger groups, but there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable stay — we’d definitely return!"
