"Older place with character. Only weaknesses are breakfast was mostly starch, and second floor was not air conditioned in the hall. Loved the London double decker bus and the decorations, and the desk guy Todd loved the hotel and the whole region. Great gateway to Midland."

"The gym was not available due to the ongoing remodel, also, the hallways were dusty, the walls were raw, the room number signs and signage in general were sitting on the floor, also due to the remodel. I asked for a room away from the elevator and ice machine and the check in person mumbled something and gave me a room right next to the elevator and ice machine 😀."

"I was hesitant to stay in a chain hotel, but I didn’t have a choice in this instance. I was beyond surprised. This hotel had beautiful bathroom amenities (full sized Dove products) and tea and coffee making supplies in the room. The staff were very kind and helpful-they even sent me a dress I left behind on the day after I checked out. This was honestly, in a lifetime of traveling, one of the most convenient and easy hotels I’ve stayed in."
