Toplu toplantı konaklamaları yapıldığında diğer misafirlerin rahatsız olmaması için otel yönetimi mutlaka tedbir almalıdır. Odalar temiz çalÄ±ĆŸanlar mĂŒkemmeldi. Toplu toplantı konaklaması olduğunda havuzlarda temizlik kalmıyor. Tedbir alınması lazım.

Otel iƟletmecisi, yeterli ve gerekli profesyonelliği göstermiyor. Klima çalÄ±ĆŸmıyor, oda temizliği yapılmıyor. Ancak, genelde fazla beklenti içine girmezseniz rahat bir tatil yaparsınız. Havuzlar gĂŒzel, termal gĂŒzel. Çocuk kaydıraklarında bĂŒyĂŒklerin kayması önlenmeli. Otel yönetimi, çalÄ±ĆŸanlar ĂŒzerindeki denetim ve disiplini artırmalı.

Der Grund, dass wir in diesen Ort kommen, ist das Thermalwasser, was ja eins der besten auf der Welt sein soll. Leider hat schon der Start schlecht begonnen. Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, KĂŒhlschrank defekt (zweimal ausgetauscht), nicht ausreichend TĂŒcher und Minibar komplett leer. Nach Reklamation haben wir alles bekommen und funktionierte. Wir sind mit 3 Familien dahin gegangen um die ThermalbĂ€der zu nutzen (wegen gesundheitlicher GrĂŒnde). Das Thermalbad fĂŒr MĂ€nner war aber nicht warm, so dass man keinen großen Nutzen davon hatte. Allein wir haben uns 4-5 mal beschwert und ich weiß noch von 2 anderen GĂ€sten, die sich auch beschwert haben. Nach jeder Reklamation hieß es, dass sich drum gekĂŒmmert wird. Es hat sich aber nichts geĂ€ndert,auch nach 5 Tagen nicht. Der Zweck des Besuches hat sich fĂŒr die MĂ€nner nicht gelohnt. Essen war zwar ok, aber innerhalb von 5 Tagen sollte man schon sehr viel abwechslungsreicher sein. FĂŒr 5 Tage Aufenthalt nur einmal zimmerreinigung finde ich zu wenig (obwohl ich auch den Zimmer reinigen Schalter gedrĂŒckt hatte wurde nicht gereinigt). Alle diese Punkte dĂŒrften in einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht sein. Die Zimmer sind schön und auch groß genug. Das Hotel selbst ist auch schön und groß und hat auch viele Pools und auch thermalpools. Die kostenpflichtigen Behandlungen sind extrem teuer. Eigentlich ist das Hotel schön und die Mitarbeiter nett, aber das Hotel hat ein absolut schlechtes Preis-/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Auf gar keinen Fall 5-Sterne wĂŒrdig!

Otelde konaklama

otelde çok havuz var kadınlar için ayrı erkekler için ayrı karma havuzlar sıcak soğuk kapalı açık ne isterseniz mevcut Oda çok gĂŒzel evinizde hissediyorsunuz kendinizi. 5 yıldız algısıyla gidilmezse gĂŒzel yeterli. Ama alÄ±ĆŸkın olunan 5 yıldızlı otellerle karĆŸÄ±laƟtırma yapmadan beklentiyi bĂŒyĂŒk tutmadan gidilebilir. Otelin dolu olduğu gĂŒnlerde yemek için yer kalmıyor. Öğlen çay saatine çok ihtiyaç var.
