When I arrived late at night, with the people at reception could not find my reservation as they had not checked the notification from Expedia, while one of them struggled the other one continued with playing games on their cell phone. Once the check in was done, the stay was really smooth. "

The best part is definitely the staff very courteous and well trained. They are always attentive and genuinely try to help you out with a smile.
