I believe the Villas are privately owned - however this room needs alot of updating - I have seen much nicer at lower name properties for a lot less money.

Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.

Very few things in the rooms were repaired properly. The downstairs room's smellednusty and the A/C HAd no dehumidifier leaving the room Feeling sticky the whole night. I could go on but why. Don't waste you're time.

Staff belligerent after just one mild criticism. Someone also entered my room & left it OPEN, no less, with “respect privacy” sign on the door. No clear delineation between lobby & breakfasting area for people with dogs. Bathroom super-functional, beds & pillows comfortable.
